These templates are built using data from the most popular PSA and RMM platforms, ensuring you have everything you need to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.
Feature Highlights
Dashboards: Built for popular PSAs like ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, and Autotask, our best practices dashboards include: Service Desk Monitoring, Technician Performance, Ticket Statistics, Projects Overview, and Sales Success Metrics. NOTE: some metrics may vary based on your PSA. We’ve identified these as top dashboards used by our partners and have made them more accessible than ever. We’ve also added the most popular RMM dashboards like Machine / Device monitoring, workstation status overview, and server status overview for ConnectWise Automate and NinjaOne.
Reports: Reports such as client monthly and quarterly service reports are available so you can easily prepare detailed reports for customers that foster trust. An internal service report is also available, giving you and your team the ability to quickly recognize what needs to be improved, and what can be optimized. On the RMM side, a Machines / Devices Overview Client Report is available, making it easy to provide a thorough overview of server performance.
Bots: Lastly, bots are available to ensure you can build accountability into your processes.
